Amy Saucier Kelley
Director of Events and Special Programs
Prior to joining University Relations as Director of Events and Special Programs in August 2017, Amy Saucier Kelley worked in the VCU Office of the President, where she was the events planner and presidential assistant for more than three years. Amy has worked in special events for more than eight years, providing communications support in various positions within the executive and legislative branches of state government. She has coordinated a range of events from gubernatorial inaugurations, fundraisers and the VCU president’s annual Holiday Open House. Amy is a graduate of the University of Richmond with a B.A. in political science. She also earned a certificate in corporate event planning from VCU.
Corey joined University Relations in June, 2013. A 2007 graduate of VCU, Corey also holds a Master of Science in Education from Old Dominion University. He has worked in special events for more than five years, including his most recent work as the public relations and development assistant for the Valentine Richmond History Center. Corey has also coordinated events at Virginia State University and a congressional reelection campaign. When Corey is not busy at VCU, he likes to spend his time with close friends.
As a graduate of VCU, Candyce was excited to join University Relations in May 2016. She holds her B.S. in Business Administration and Management. Candyce worked at American Diabetes Association in Glen Allen, where she helped coordinate their yearly signature events and fundraisers. When Candyce is not at VCU, she enjoys time with her friends and catching any sporting event.
